Warranty Parts Process

Terms and Conditions of Sale/Supply
Machine WARRANTY – 3 Months from date of installation.
Purchased Parts or Exchange -  WARRANTY – 1 Month from date of shipping.
If this order is for a warranty or exchange part, please complete the order and supply an official Company Purchase Order Number
The Part/s will be dispatched immediately (subject to availability).
Failure to return the items in the allowed time frame will result in the part being invoiced at full retail cost.
To claim under Warranty or to purchase a part on Exchange terms, return the part(s) within 14 days of submitting the order to:

Please Include the following information on all exchange or warranty returns;
• Venue Name
• Society Name
• Machine Serial Number
• Part Description
• Part Serial Number (If applicable)
• Part Fault Description

Action Gaming Limited will validate the returned part/s to verify the warranty claim or exchange order.  

A credit note will be issued immediately for all legitimate warranty claims.
If the required information does not accompany the returned part, the warranty will automatically be declined.
